Grown Littles
The Grown Little's Program is first and foremost a safe space providing brave accountability and construction of passionate capable directed youth. It is a multi-tiered program created to provide multiple avenues of mentoring to young adults and equipping them with resources to continue their success afterward. Coupled with Free Thought Revolution 501c3’s Hero Training, Tomorrow’s Leaders , and College Level in partnership with First Gen Scholars 501(c)3.
The program covers a series of subjects & subjects focused on giving the youth a set of language to better communicate their needs and desires, a stronger understanding of themselves, the complicated changes and expectations that come with maturation, and how to conquer them with confidence -building internally strong individuals able to confidently maneuver real world situations.

Our partnership with First Gen Scholars 501c3 will connect the young adults with a viable chance to go to a college, university, or ivy league school. "We empower first-generation low-income students by navigating them through the college admissions process to graduate debt free." Connected with a real opportunity to pursue higher education will provide further incentive to active their independence.
Tomorrow's Leaders
Free Thought Revolution's Management Skills program takes young adults and provides them with a branched system of training and credit through directed community service. The community service asks them to be leaders - either assisting, creating, and managing a program. They will attain the necessary tools to enter the work force with the experience and skill set to start in management positions. The community service is applicable on their resume for employment or on a college application that can be assisted in completion by First Gen Scholars 501c3.
Hero Training Teen Club
The program will continue to build our youth throughout the year. A youth-driven program centered on real-life struggles for teens and young adults as their exposure to the world gets larger. Developing self-autonomy through various activities, conversations, and natural immersions developing interpersonal skills. While working collectively with a group of peers they will also develop better communication skills and critical thinking. Graduation/achievement of the program occurring through graduating High School; or accomplishing and displaying a balanced mastery of the personal skills.

Free Thought Revolution's community programs are all free. From kid's hip hop dance classes, to summer art & technology programs, to flag football - help financial ability never be a barrier for families.
